203K Mid Year Update

Here’s a chart showing the total loans through May 2010 via the Atlanta Home Owner Center (HOC). Looking back to last year the total endorsed cases, as reported by HUD was 4. The current count of 21 in the Jackson, MS metro area shows a 500% increase from 2009 in 203K loans endorsed.
